The story of Ferrero Group started in 1946 when the company was established by Pietro Ferrero in Alba, Piedmont Region of Italy.   • 1946  Ferrero is founded by Pietro Ferrero in Alba.
  • 1949  Pietro Ferrero' brother Giovanni Ferrero takes over the reins of the Group.
  • 1957  Michele Ferrero, the second generation of the family takes over the company.
  • 1964  Nutella is launched, with its unique hazelnut taste, Nutella has continued to inspire and satisfy as a staple breakfast for consumers, everywhere.
  • 1968  The Kinder division is created in Italy: delicious treats specially made for children.
  • 1997  Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero, Michele’s sons, take over the reins of the Group. At that time, Ferrero has 17 production plants and 16 thousand employees.
  • 2011  Among more than 100 selected Italy companies, Ferrero ranked the top one of 'World’s most reputable companies’.
  • 2012  The third Ferrero CSR report is presented, which is rated as A+ by GRI group.

费列罗集团,早在1984年开始进入中国市场,为中国消费者带来了享誉全球的费列罗榛果威化巧克力(Ferrero Rocher),经过三十余年的发展,其“金色经典,金色时刻”的品牌形象深入人心。

 

费列罗中国公司现拥有的核心产品:费列罗臻品巧克力系列、健达系列,旗下独特创新的高品质产品广受各行各业消费者的青睐,取得了极高的品牌知名度和美誉度。随着业务的拓展, 费列罗公司将有更多的新的高品质的产品进入中国市场。

                                  

费列罗2007年在上海成立了费列罗贸易(上海)有限公司。为与中国的长期发展需求相契合,公司在杭州投资建设工厂。

 

Since Ferrero Groups most renowned brand - Ferrero Rocher - entered the China market in the 1990s, the Golden Heritage, Golden Moment brand image has gradually gained recognition and huge popularity among Chinese consumers after almost 2 decades development.

 

Nowadays, Ferrero group has successfully established its leadership in the chocolate and confectionery industry in China and it has certain core product portfolios: Praline series, Kinder series. Ferreros various unique, innovative and high-quality products are well received by Chinese consumers from all walks of life, and have achieved high brand awareness and reputation.

 

In 2007, Ferrero officially founded Ferrero Shanghai Trading Company. To further support the long term business development in China, Ferrero decided to set up Hangzhou production plant.

  • 2013 – Ferrero China launched “Sweeten the World, Let Love Reunite the Family” caring project for Chinese left-behind children, and kept promoting healthy lifestyle among the youth via ‘Kinder+Sport’ projects – ATP Shanghai Masters ‘Kinder Day’ and Beijing Marathon ‘Kinder Family Run’.
  • 2014 – ‘Exercise and Healthy Diet Promotion Project for Urban Chinese Teenagers’ is launched benefitting 30,000 students in 12 schools in Shandong and Qinghai province.
  • 2014 – Ferrero China opens Guangzhou Children Football Training Camp and ‘Kinder+Sport’ Shanghai Rolex Masters Children Tennis Training Camp.
